FATE OR FAITH

The good book says, "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe." proverbs 18:10.

On October 28, 2020 four kids were killed in a fire outbreak in Ghana. Report shows that the mother of these young once left them in the house. she locks the kids in the room, took the keys and went to an all-night church service. During the night the fire broke out with these kids in it without an escape.

A lot of questions are raised. Why lock your kids in the house without an escape? Thus, this tower covers the entire family or just the individual? can’t the righteousness of one be enough for her kids? Did she do it on purpose? What kind of person is she and what sins has she committed against God? but the most vexing question is "WHERE WAS HER GOD?"

THE CHRISTIAN LIFESTLYE

A believer presumes that salvation or redemption can only be granted through the hands of a man of God. Forgetting that the bible says, " these signs shall follow them that believes" the key thing is to believe. Not just the pastor can cost the mountains to move but anyone that has faith.

A Christian do not take logic into consideration, but this world is just like the flesh though it existence cannot be fully fathomed. One must not live as a myopic been but a visionary person.

The Christian journey is not that without obstacles why add your own through negligence. one must be as wise as the ant, for lack of ignorant a lot perish.

I believe that the bible is a guideline. The aid of a Pastor is undoubtedly required in this Christian journey, but we must be able to live as Christians whether in Church or not.

This may have been her fate just like Job in the bible, but I do not think she is without fault.
